Refund policy

The Personal Relocation Report is a digital product. It is generated from your own quiz answers and delivered instantly as a private link the moment your payment is confirmed.

1. Instant delivery and your consent

By buying the report you ask for it to be delivered immediately and you agree to that delivery. Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once delivery has begun — for this product, that is the moment your report link is issued.

2. When we refund in full

We will refund you in full if:

  • you were charged but never received access to your report (a technical failure on our side);
  • you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged by accident;
  • the report failed to generate, was empty, or was corrupted and we could not fix it.

Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number, and we will sort it out.

3. When we cannot refund

Because the report is digital content that cannot be returned, we cannot offer a "changed my mind" refund once the report has been delivered and opened. If something is wrong with the report itself, tell us — see section 2.

4. How refunds are processed

Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 business days.
